Week 4 : What is APA 6th Style ? Chapter 2 : Security Policies And Procedures

 

Hye, assalamualaikum.

Today is the 4th week I learned about IT security.

So today I learned about a new way how to take articles from the internet, books, youtube and others. For me it is very interesting reason for everyone to know. we cannot take an article without putting the name of the owner of the article.

I will give an example of a note that is if we take an article through a book in the library. We shall write the Basic Format for Books :

Author, A. A. (Year of publication). Title of work: Capital letter also for subtitle. Publisher Name.

Example:

Stoneman, R. (2008). Alexander the Great: A life in legend. Yale University Press.

In the 3rd week, I was told that I did not know what APA 6th Style was. But in this 4th week, I am very happy to understand what APA 6th Style is. Thanks to Dr. fiz for explaining in more detail to us. This is an example of the 6th APA Style.

After that, we started to learn chapter 2.

We learned about :

•  The common threats and attacks using various tools and techniques for secured environment in organization
•   perform personal skills with proposed documentation in troubleshooting and solving on security issues.  

Last lesson in this 4th week, we were able to understand about :

• Security policy,
• Data security policy protection
• Attributes of security policies
• Pyramid of security policy as practice
• Security policy requirement.
