WEEK 13 : IT PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICS.

 Assalamualaikum.


We are finally entering the 13th week where this week is the second final week for this semester.


First Class Of Week 13

For this week, we learned about computer forensics. Our topic for this week is IT Professional & Ethics.

There are 3 subtopics :

  • ETHICAL AND LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS
  • CYBER LAW
  • LAW PROCEDURE REVIEW.

Okay. Next we need to answer a forum at Cidos, where we were asked to discuss five computer forensic effects on the criminal investigation process and give our opinion on the effects of using a computer or network to sell unauthorized copies of copyrighted material to the productivity of new software


For the next task, my class was instructed to give three importance to the practice of cyber law in Malaysia as an important regulatory action. For example, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the Digital Signature Act (DSA), and the Communications and Multimedia Act (CMA). We were told to show our answers in the poster representation. For the second question, we were instructed to build the documentation that will be submitted to the Royal Malaysian Police and the Multimedia and Communications Commission (PDRM, SM&K), as illegal activities occur to us or our partners


Second Class Of Week 13

For the next day, we found out about CFI and Expert Services. We also make summaries based on related articles that have been given to us. After that, we were divided into several groups, to make a video based on the summary we had made. But hmm may not need a long story because for me there is nothing to share. Sorry only up to here can I share a story about this week 13
